Pay-It-Forward is a solidarity fund built on circulation. It exists so that money, background, or role in the coffee circle do not decide who can learn, access a license, or take part in collective action. Those who can contribute do. Those who cannot — are supported.

Included in every course, license, and activity within The Better Coffee. A voluntary addition above fair cost that circulates directly into the fund.

There is no minimum contribution. Every amount circulates into the fund and keeps access open for others who need it.

Three-Tier Pricing structures access to economic participation across The Better Coffee. It differentiates levels of access according to real economic capacities, while maintaining shared responsibility for the continuity of the system.

The fair and real cost of a course, license, or activity. The baseline — honest pricing without subsidy or surplus.
A voluntary contribution above the fair cost. The surplus circulates directly into Pay-It-Forward and keeps access open for others.
