It is the founding document of The Better Coffee - a living text that protects core values — first and foremost, your dignity — and organizes coffee people around cooperation, education, and a shared method for evaluating the quality of coffee and the work behind it.

You can read it, use it, and implement it — it is open source. Without The Standard, we could not describe, know, or understand The Better Coffee. It is the document that establishes all system structures and defines our values. Within it, you will find the language we use to act. Read it and you are already part of The Endeavour.
