Do I teach alone?
No. The Trainers is a collective — not a directory of independent educators. The Better Coffee Office supports the organization of your courses, coordinates the shared calendar, and works with you on content. You teach within a team that co-creates what it teaches.
How is this different?
Unlike most trainer programs, you don't just receive a license to deliver someone else's content. You co-create what you teach — through ongoing collective work on courses and shared knowledge. The Better Coffee Office supports your courses directly. You work within a team, not as a solo operator in a franchise.
How do I start?
Purchase the license — 1,500 EUR (Sustainable) or 2,000 EUR (Supporter) — and The Better Coffee Office will reach out to begin onboarding. In most cases it takes the form of one or a few online conversations. The license agreement is signed after onboarding, valid for two years from that date.
THE TRAINERS
YOUR ROLE
The Trainers deliver The Better Coffee Curriculum as guides — not instructors. You translate the language, values, and orientation of The Better Coffee into real learning processes for coffee people.
WHAT YOU DO
You teach, consult The Places, and carry out The Ranking Method. You co-create the content you teach — through ongoing collective work on courses, scientific updates, and shared educational language.
