Two Leaves is a course on ethical and effective business management in coffee — for those just starting out and for those already running a business but feeling lost. You will explore how to centre not just financial profit but also social profit, environmental protection, and community care. From fair pay and sourcing to cooperative partnerships and CSR, Two Leaves helps you build a business where fairness becomes the norm.
HOW IT WORKS
Two Leaves runs in-person over 3 full days of strategy workshops, case studies, and group coaching. The online version follows the same structure — 3 sessions of 5 hours each, with business assignments, and collaborative dialogue. Both formats deliver 15 hours of hands-on work. You leave with tools to run a coffee business that does not exploit — people, land, or relationships.
