The Better Coffee Blueprint is a 90-minute course — online and free, run personally by Krzysztof Blinkiewicz. It covers the entire The Better Coffee Endeavour: its values, structures, tools, and the critique of the current coffee paradigm that made it necessary.

The course begins where most coffee education refuses to go — with the systems that shape how coffee is produced, traded, and consumed, and with the people who bear the cost of those systems. It traces how specialty coffee inherited the logic of the world it claimed to critique. It names what is usually left unnamed.

Then it moves forward. The Better Coffee Blueprint presents a working alternative — The Better Coffee Standard, The Curriculum, The Places, The Ranking Method, Pay-It-Forward — not as a pitch, but as a map. You leave knowing what The Better Coffee is, how it works, and where you might enter it.
