Common Name
A course focused on language as a social and economic force. Drawing from linguistics, sociology, marketing, behavioral sciences, statistics, and economics, it examines how coffee is named, described, and understood. It develops the ability to identify distortions, interpret data critically, and use language precisely within real market and social contexts.
Online format: 3 sessions of 5 hours each, conducted in English, with practical exercises and community reflection (15 hours total).
