Coffee Atlas

A course grounded in climate and environmental systems, ecology, geography, and the history of economic systems shaping coffee. It connects environmental conditions with colonial legacies, labor structures, and global trade, extending into futures studies, degrowth, biodiversity, and public health.

Online format: 3 sessions of 5 hours each, conducted in English, with practical exercises and community reflection (15 hours total).
