Two Leaves

A course centered on ethics and responsibility in coffee systems. Based on moral philosophy, business ethics, labor and social law, cooperative economics, mutual aid, and food safety, it addresses responsibility across production, trade, and consumption. It builds practical ethical orientation for decision-making within complex and unequal food systems.

Online format: 3 sessions of 5 hours each, conducted in English, with practical exercises and community reflection (15 hours total).
