The Better Coffee Blueprint

The Better Coffee Blueprint is a free 90-minute course led by Krzysztof Blinkiewicz, creator of The Better Coffee. It introduces The Better Coffee Endeavour through its values, structures, mechanisms, and the critique of the coffee paradigm that made them necessary.

The course starts with the systems shaping how coffee is produced, traded, valued, and consumed — and with the coffee people living with their consequences. It examines how specialty coffee reproduces much of the logic it claims to challenge and gives language to what usually remains unnamed.

Then comes the alternative: The Better Coffee Standard, The Places, The Trainers, The Curriculum, The Ranking Method, and Pay-It-Forward as parts of one working system.
